Invoice or sales numbers will help us process your return accurately. REMEMBER we can only accept unwanted items for credit which are in re-saleable condition. Implants should be repacked into the original bags they were supplied in.

We reserve the right to return items to you which are not fully suitable for resale.

It is the SENDER’S RESPONSIBILITY to make sure items are SAFELY & SECURELY PACKAGED for return.

When sending any repairs to us, please complete the repairs form.

A good description of the fault will help us deal with your request accurately.

Remember all items for repair must be clean and sterilised if possible before return. Please complete the decontamination certificate.
