Returns and Repairs
To return or repair an item, please save the relevant form locally and select 'Fill & Sign' from the Acrobat menu on a PC, or print out the form and complete it by hand.
Returns Form
For full terms and conditions regarding product returns, or to discuss the returns process, please contact a member of the Vi team at info@vetinst.com.
- Please provide invoice or sales order numbers to help us process your return accurately.
- Unwanted items must be in re-saleable condition to be accepted for credit.
- Implants must be repacked in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to return items that are not fully suitable for resale.
- Items must be securely and safely packaged - it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure safe transit.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns incur a restocking fee of £10.00 for orders under £100.00, or 10% of the product value for orders over £100.00, unless previously agreed.
- Please note: we can only process returns accompanied by a completed returns form.
Repairs Form
Before sending an item for repair, please contact us at info@vetinst.com or call 0345 130 9596 to discuss your requirements.
- When returning a product for assessment and repair, a completed repairs form must be included.
- A clear description of the fault will help us handle your request promptly.
- All items must be clean and, where possible, sterilised, and accompanied by a completed decontamination certificate.
- Please note: we can only accept repairs for items originally supplied by Vi and submitted with the appropriate completed form.
