Our loan kit options include: 

- Loan to Own – Try a product with the option to purchase, deducting loan costs from the final price.

- Try Before You Buy – A no-cost trial period to evaluate equipment in your practice.

- Repair Loaner – A free loan while your equipment is being repaired.

The Loan to Own program is designed for veterinary professionals who want to test a product before committing to a full purchase. Here’s how it works:

- The initial loan fee is £150 for the first week, with additional weeks charged at £100 per week (with exception of the All Size Instrument Set, which is single payment of £250 for the entire loan period).

- You have 30 days to decide whether you would like to make a purchase.

- If you decide to purchase, you'll receive a brand-new item or kit. Simply return the loan kit, and we’ll send you the new product.

- The loan fee will be deducted from the final purchase price.

- You will be charged for the use of any consumable items during the loan period.

Items available as a Loan to Own option include our Plating Sets in Premium Boxes, Locking Screw and Plate Kits (Star Head), and C-Lox Kits. 

We know that integrating new surgical equipment into your practice is a big step. That’s why we offer a Try Before You Buy program, allowing you to experience the product in real-world conditions before making a decision.

- You receive a 2-week trial period.

- The trial is free of charge.

- Each practice or customer is eligible for one trial per item/kit.

- A Territory Account Manager (TAM) will follow up to review your trial experience and discuss next steps.

Try Before You Buy is available for products such as the GIMA Bipolar Electrosurgery Unit (120 watt) and Smoke Evacuator Unit, Darvall Cozy Warm Air Unit, and the B Braun Aesculap product range. 

Equipment failure shouldn’t disrupt your practice. Our Repair Loaner offering ensures that you stay operational while your equipment is being repaired.

- This is a free loan provided for the duration of the repair.

- Available for broken or faulty items being serviced by Vi.

- Ensures minimal disruption to your workflow while repairs are carried out.
