Supracondylar Extended Combi Plates
This newly extended Supracondylar Combi Plate is designed for both fracture repair and osteotomy procedures. Specifically intended for feline applications, it features 2.0 mm holes.
This plate design incorporates several anatomical and functional enhancements for optimal performance in feline patients. The locking holes in the head are specifically angled to avoid the joint and prevent screw impingement, while the curved distal profile is shaped to match the lateral femoral condyle, based on feline femoral CT scans.
Drawing on the design principles of the existing Supracondylar range, the plate features a combination of DLP and locking holes instead of the traditional DCP and round holes. In this extended design, the plate is now 81mm up from 53mm, with 4 additional DLP holes added to the shaft.
Additional features include a slipper tip for easy application,
