In line with Government instruction we are enabling as many staff, including call centre, to work from home. Whilst we are confident that service will not be too disrupted, we do nonetheless ask for your patience and understanding if we are not able to respond as quickly as we normally do.
You may receive a message on our phone lines encouraging you to place orders by e-mail. If you wish to speak to a member of the team, please e-mail to request a call-back and please place your orders by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or using the webshop function online as far as possible.
Our courier partner, FedEx, is still encountering challenges in relation to their timed delivery service due to the global pandemic. With this in mind and to ensure a seamless delivery experience, please place your orders with as much advance notice as possible to avoid any disruption to your clinical service.
This will allow us to focus our resource within our warehouse function to maintain continuity of despatching.
