As many of you know, we are an organisation which is proudly located in Sheffield, and, like many of you, we are now under national lockdown restrictions.
Many of you are now asking what impact will this have internally and on our customers?
In reality, very little. We are still operating business as usual. Only staff who cannot work from home are office-based, with the rest of the team working from home.
Like many organisations, we are experiencing some minor challenges in our service delivery, and this is where we gratefully ask for your understanding, patience and cooperation.
Our logistics partner, FedEx, is still encountering some challenges in relation to their timed delivery service due to the global pandemic and in particular around the pre 10am delivery service.
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please place your orders with as much advance notice as possible to avoid any disruption to your clinical schedule.
