hybrid anatomical t plates

Applied to the distal radius, the distal section is thinned to better fit beneath the extensor tendons. The distal section features smaller diameter screw holes than the shaft, helping maximise screw count and facilitate a better fit to a distal fragment. Smaller diameter screws have smaller screw-heads, further minimising extensor tendon impingement.

How well these plates fit is only apparent when you use one; we have had a lot of positive feed-back. We have developed three sizes offering the same benefits as the originals, but with slightly wider spread of the distal holes to provide greater rotational stability.
